Welcome on www.plovdivmosaics.org (the “Website”, the “Site”) operated by the America for Bulgaria Foundation (“us”, “we”, or “our”, “the Foundation”). We take to heart your privacy and the protection of your personal data and the present Notice is intended to clarify the collection and use of personal information and data that we receive from you as users of the Website.

 

Personal Data Collection and Use

While using our Website, you may be asked to provide certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include your name, phone number and email address, as well as Log Data as provided herein.

We use your personal information for operating and improving the Website. We may use your personal data to reply to a massage that you have submitted us by filling in the contact form available on the Website, as well as to contact you when you have made a request to “adopt a bird”  through our Website.

 

Log Data

We use Google Analytics service provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, California 94043, USA (“Google”), which collects and process information about your actual location and other technical information about your visit on our Website. For this purpose we use “cookies” as described below in this Notice. The information collected by Google Analytics includes the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer or another device to the internet, click stream to, through and from our site (including date and time), page interaction information. Facebook Inc., Facebook Pixel

Our Website uses Facebook Pixel – a tool of Facebook Inc., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA 94025, California, USA (Facebook) or if you are located in the EU – Facebook Ireland Ltd, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland (Facebook) for analytical purposes as well as optimize and economically exploit the Website. Using Facebook Pixel, Facebook has the ability to identify visitors to our Website as a target audience for Facebook and other company-related platforms (Instagram, Messenger, Whatsapp, etc.). Accordingly, we can use Facebook Pixel to display the ads we post on Facebook to Facebook users who are interested in our Facebook page and/or this Website and thus make sure that our Facebook ads match the potential user interest. We may use Facebook Pixel to track and analyze the efficacy of Facebook ads for statistical and marketing research purposes. When visiting our Website, the Facebook pixel establishes a link between your browser and the Facebook server and sets a cookie. The right to be informed   The America for Bulgaria Foundation is publishing this Privacy Notice to keep you informed as to what we do with your personal data. We strive to be transparent about how we use your data.
