Open Day – April 18, 2023
On the International Day for the Preservation of Cultural Monuments – April 18, the Episcopal Basilica of Philippopolis celebrates the anniversary of its official opening. To mark its second anniversary, the Municipal Institute Ancient Plovdiv announces an Open Day. Citizens and guests of the city will have the opportunity to meet the teams involved in the research, restoration and exhibition of the Episcopal Basilica of Philippopolis. Team representatives will be available at the basilica in two time slots – from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
